Saltford Drama Festival included 5 youth Drama groups all of which had their own lighting specification. 

I started by getting photos of the venue prior to the get in this is so I could draw up their rig in Vectorworks and put together my base EOS show file with everything id need before transferring it to the ETC Ion that they had in the community hall. I didn't need to rig any fixtures at the venue I just had to program 5 cue stacks, one for each group.

On the day of the Drama Festival I operated the desk for 4 out of the 5 groups, the last group ran their own show.

There were a few LEDS and generic fixtures that were missing for the original patch on the desk but by using my VectorWorks pre-show document and the dimmer rack I was able out figure out what fixtures were missing and put them back into the file.
